Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Repz platform, including the website located at myrepz.com, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Repz ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, clicking "Get Started," or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Repz is an AI-powered fitness platform that provides personalised workout plans, meal plans, physique analysis from uploaded progress photos, muscle mapping, gamified progress tracking, and related fitness tools. Key features include:

• AI-generated personalised workout and meal plans based on user-submitted photos and profile data
• Progress photo analysis powered by Anthropic's Claude AI model
• Workout logging with progressive overload tracking and personal record detection
• Muscle map visualisation showing training frequency and balance
• XP, levels, streaks, achievements, and a global leaderboard
• Subscription-based access to premium features

The Service is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only. Nothing on Repz constitutes professional medical, nutritional, or exercise advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness programme or making significant changes to your diet.

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at Officialrepz2008@gmail.com
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or any restrictions we impose. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Repz offers several subscription tiers with access to different features. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers
• Subscription fees are charged on the date you subscribe and on each monthly anniversary thereafter
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings page
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date
• Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email

To request a refund within the 24-hour window, contact us at Officialrepz2008@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address. We will process eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not available for:

• Renewals — only the initial purchase is eligible
• Partial months or unused periods after the 24-hour window
• Accounts that have violated these Terms
• Purchases made more than 24 hours prior to the refund request

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights
• Upload photos depicting nudity, sexual content, or violent imagery
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service
• Use automated means to scrape, index, or collect data from the Service without our express written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violators to law enforcement.

Repz uses artificial intelligence — specifically Anthropic's Claude model — to generate personalised workout plans, meal plans, and physique analyses. By using the AI features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice
• The accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated plans may vary and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance
• Repz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content
• You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated plans and any resulting effects on your health or wellbeing
• Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions

Progress photos are a core feature of the Service. When you upload a photo, you agree to the following:

• You own or have the right to upload the photo
• You are the person depicted in the photo
• The photo does not contain nudity, sexual content, minors, or any illegal material
• You grant Repz a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process the photo solely for the purpose of providing the AI analysis feature to you
• Your photos will never be sold, shared with third parties, used in advertising, or used for any purpose other than generating your AI analysis
• Photos are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI under Anthropic's privacy policy
• You may request deletion of all your photos at any time by contacting Officialrepz2008@gmail.com

We take photo privacy extremely seriously. For full details on how we handle photo data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Our content: The Service and its original content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, and user interface design) are owned by Repz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your content: You retain full ownership of the photos and personal data you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant Repz only the minimal licence required to provide the Service to you, as described in Section 8 above. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant Repz an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access would harm other users or the Service. If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 7 (AI Disclaimer), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Repz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• In no event shall Repz, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service
• Repz's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Repz in the three months immediately preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, service offerings, or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by emailing the address associated with your account and/or posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.
